Welcome to soilTester (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This Privacy Policy clearly states that this App will never collect, store, upload or share any of your personal information with any third parties throughout the entire usage process. All functions run independently on your local iOS device, and no network transmission of user data is involved at any stage.

This App strictly complies with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and Apple App Store privacy compliance requirements, and will not obtain your identity information, device information or usage behavior information in any form.

2. No User Data of Any Type Will Be Collected

This App solemnly declares that during the full process when you use this App:

• We will not request any of your personal identity information, including but not limited to name, phone number, email address and geolocation information.
• We will not apply for any system privacy permissions such as Camera, Photo Library, Microphone or Contacts.
• We will not upload any content you input or generate in the App to external servers. All calculations and data processing are completed locally on your device.
• We will not integrate any third-party statistical SDK, advertising SDK, and there is no third-party data collection behavior.
• We will not read or upload any device-related information on your device, such as device identifier, IMEI or IDFA.

3. Data Storage Statement

All temporary calculation data and local records generated during the usage of this App will only be saved in the local sandbox of your own iOS device. You can completely clear all relevant local data at any time by uninstalling the App, and we have no right to remotely access or obtain these local contents.

4. Children's Privacy Protection

This App is open to users of all ages. We will not actively collect any personal information of children under 13 years old, which fully complies with the relevant regulations of children's online privacy protection.

5. Policy Updates

If any data collection-related logic is added after subsequent functional iteration of this App, we will update this Privacy Policy as soon as possible, and notify you of the changes in a prominent way within the App. We will never collect any user data beyond the scope of this policy without your explicit consent.
